Written entries will be selected by a panel of judges to go forward into one of five regional Semi Finals. In these live bake-offs, entrants will prepare their pasta dishes for judging and each of the three category winners will go forward to compete in the final on 10th November in London.

The final will be held at the European Pizza & Pasta Show at Olympia, will be judged by celebrity chef, Theo Randall and a panel of experts.

The winners of each category and the Overall Pizza Chef of the Year Award winner will be announced at the Awards Dinner, on the evening of 10th November. The Overall winner will receive a cheque for £500, a trophy, plus considerable publicity. Individual category winners will also receive trophies.
