The Pizza Chef of the Year 2016 was a bigger competition than ever before with more entrants in more categories. 

The calibre of entry was at it's highest with head judge, Theo Randall, commenting: "The passion and dedication to quality produce was everywhere, it was a fantastic day and great people involved. I've always loved Italian food, ever since I tried my frst pizza in Italy as a child, the simple combination of flavours and first class ingredients was key then and these chefs are very commited to that today!"
